Shipping FAQs

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-4 business days of processing and production time for your order, prior to shipping. You can always email us or select expedited shipping upon checkout for faster service.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via UPS, and within the United States only.

Shipping Times:
UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery in one to five days (after processing and production)
UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within three business days (after processing and production)
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed second day delivery for packages that don't require overnight shipping (after processing and production)

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, UPS may be experiencing some shipping delays which are out of our control. 

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed, which will include your order number and shipping information. After processing and production is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. 


MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING.

Always allow one extra business day for your package to arrive.

If your package never arrives, please contact us. You will also need to file a claim through the UPS by phone or online: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty only within 1 hour of placing your order. All you need to do is send us an email at help@botaniquebundles.com with the subject line "CANCEL (with your order #)" and we will do our best to cancel your order. 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at help@botaniquebundles.com. We can only correct this within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
